Brian is a graduate of the University of Dayton and earned his Master of Engineering Project Management from the University of Maryland. He interfaces directly with our clients to define their goals, achieve client satisfaction and expedite project success. Brian also serves as lead engineer for H&P’s federal projects and utility clients. 

Brian has volunteered for years for Mustache for Kids (M4K) in Lynchburg raising money to benefit local charities. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, and vacationing with family.
