Director of Transportation: Blacksburg

Mr. Williams has extensive experience in civil engineering design, project management, construction management, and land surveying experience. He specializes in transportation, rail, and VDOT projects. He is an expert at guiding his clients through the LAP process and the Federal require-ments inherent with these projects.

Jess is a Virginia Tech graduate. She provides leadership to the Blacksburg Municipal, Land Development, and Transportation departments. She facilitates collaboration between our engineers and clients resulting in successful projects.

Trent is a graduate of VMI, and manages and provides oversight to the Lynchburg engineering departments. He communicates regularly with both our clients and engineers to deliver successful projects.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Dayton and earned his Master of Engineering Project Management from the University of Maryland.  He interfaces directly with our clients to define their goals, achieve client satisfaction, and expedite project success.
