Director of Transportation

Scot has extensive experience in transportation program management and operations as well as roadway design and maintenance at the State and Local level.  His areas of civil engineering expertise also include residential, commercial, and medical office site engineering, public utility infrastructure planning and design, and stormwater management.  Scot also has experience in construction management, survey, contract administration, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and regulatory code interpretation and administration.

Trent is a graduate of VMI, and manages and provides oversight to the Lynchburg engineering departments. He communicates regularly with both our clients and engineers to deliver successful projects.
