New London Business & Technology Center

The 515± acre New London Business and Technology Center was established by the Bedford County Economic Development Authority to provide an environment for growth and expansion of existing companies, as well as locations for new prospective business.

Hurt & Proffitt provided the preliminary engineering study for site development, surveying (topography, boundary, ALTA, construction), site planning and grading, utility infrastructure, environmental engineering (including Phase I) site assessment, geotechnical investigations, and design of roadway connection of the park to Route 460.
