Stonegate Villas

In one of the fastest growing parts of Lynchburg, you’ll find a new housing community that’s among the best in contemporary living. And Hurt & Proffitt helped bring it all to life.

It’s called Stonegate Villas. It’s a neighborly place, where folks talk across the hedge and have cookouts by the pool.

There are 22 residential buildings framing 88 condominiums, each with a two-car garage. The condos’ living space ranges from 1,200 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet. There’s a community clubhouse, a pool, and plenty other communal space to enjoy.

Hurt & Proffitt worked closely with the developers and played a key role in the design of this most attractive neighborhood. We ushered the project through all regulatory approvals, and then we provided all site planning and engineering, road design, utility engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration.
