Lynchburg College Centennial Hall

Lynchburg College is one of Virginia’s premier private liberal arts colleges, with more than 1,600 undergraduates and about 300 graduate students. And now it’s 100 years old.

When it hit the century mark, part of the College’s centennial celebration included designing and building—what else?—Centennial Hall.

This is a new $10 million, 50,000 square foot facility that includes LC’s School of Business, part of its School of Communications and the Arts, and its Learning Resources Center. Centennial Hall is a dramatic addition to the most historic part of the College’s picturesque campus.

Hurt & Proffitt provided all surveying (topo, boundary, and construction), site engineering, stormwater management, and utility design for Centennial Hall.
